PJSC "Elektromechanika" took part in the forum of working youth "You are needed!"
Forum of working youth "You are needed!" passed the Central Library named after A.N. Ostrovsky city of Rzhev on December 21, 2022.
The forum was organized by the Department of Youth Policy of the Administration of the city of Rzhev and brought together young employees of JSC KSK Rzhevsky, LLC Pramo-Electro, PJSC Electromechanika, OJSC 514 Aircraft Repair Plant, JSC Agrofirma Dmitrova Gora, LLC Inchermet, the nodal working group of the Rzhev Baltiysky railway station, Verkhnevolzhskoye ATP LLC.
At the beginning of the forum there was a discussion “Inspire. Develop. Act” youth with the head of the Rzhev municipal district Roman Krylov, the chairman of the Duma of the Rzhev municipal district Andrey Konstantinov and the deputy of the Duma Darina Pechkina. The young people discussed with the district administration the issues of youth policy and their contribution to its development, and after that, a training was organized for young people with business psychologist Vadim Trubitsyn on the topic of being active and implementing their own initiatives.
