Plant "ELN-2" for high-temperature soldering of products with heating by an electron beam

The "ELN-2" plant is designed to implement the technological process of high-temperature soldering of products such as heat exchangers with heating by an electron beam. The "ELN-2" plant consists of the following main components: - vacuum chamber; - internal product manipulator; - energy complex; - vacuum system; - automated control system; - power system for the electron beam; - system of remote control of the temperature field; - installation maintenance area; - compressed air supply system; - auxiliary control and measuring - technological equipment and accessories. The working chamber of the "ELN-2" plant is designed to create a vacuum environment in the area of soldering parts with an electron beam, taking into account gas emissions during soldering. The chamber has portholes for visual observation and installation of instrumentation, with protection against spraying and overheating. The intra-chamber movement module is designed for loading into the chamber, securing it to the faceplate and moving products. The module provides positioning of products for soldering and consists of mechanisms for longitudinal, transverse, vertical movement and rotation of the product.
