Recirculation heating units of the "ARN" series are designed for the manufacture of various parts from polymer composite materials based on epoxy, polyester and other resins. The main types of products are large-sized cabinet products, including complex profile models (punches, dies), technical containers and other products.

Operating principle.
The thermal regime in the working chamber is achieved due to molecular friction in the air flow moving through a closed volume, as well as due to friction between the air flow and the walls of a closed volume. The air flow is created by rotating rotary heaters of a special design.

Design.
The components of the recirculating thermal unit "ARN" are a heat chamber, two rotary heaters, rotary heater drives, electrical and power cabinets of the control system, an automated operator's workstation, pneumatic distribution and a water cooling system.
