1. Purpose of the equipment. Technological processes in which equipment is used.
The thermal recirculation unit "PAP-4M" is designed for artificial aging by heating and annealing of aluminum alloys.

2. Features of the physical processes used.
The thermal regime in the working chamber is established due to the creation of an air flow by a rotating rotor of a special design and the friction of this flow moving through a closed object against the walls of the working space of the thermal chamber.

3.2. Description of design and operating principle
3.2.1. Thermal chamber
The thermal chamber consists of a rigid frame made of rolled steel, inside which a thermal chamber made of thin sheet steel is placed.
Inside the chamber, a fence is attached to the side wall, separating the rotor from the working space. The temperature inside the chamber is measured by three thermocouples. The loading opening of the thermal chamber is closed by a door. The door is secured with a lock.
The space between the walls of the chamber and the outer casing, between the walls of the door, is filled with basalt fiber.
